Midwest Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Carver, MN! If you have manufacturing or machine operating experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, we'd love to hear from you.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Duties
- Operate and monitor waterjet, slitting, or laminating machinery
- Set up equipment and make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Load materials and keep machines supplied during production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Complete production documentation accurately
Experience
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
