Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping projects and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including landscape installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and execute landscape installs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape installation of retaining walls, patios etc.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Able to drive truck and trailer/haul skid loader backhoe etc.
- Must have valid drivers license with no tickets
