Macon Ford Tractor is seeking a Parts & Service Specialist. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Responsibilities include:
-Answering phones / taking detailed messages
-Greeting customers
-Looking up parts
-Ordering parts
-Entering / stocking parts into inventory
-Organizing and managing the parts room
-Taking in equipment for service / repair / maintenance request
-Writing up tickets for incoming service / repair / maintenance request
-Following up with mechanics & providing customers with repair updates
This person should have a solid base knowledge of equipment such as tractors, lawn mowers, small engine equipment, implements, ect.
The right candidate must be familiar with computers and usage of office equipment. This position is full time. Paid vacation / paid holidays. Salary will be based on experience.
