Birkwood Village of Fort Madison, Iowa is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team! We have a 13-bed ventilator unit that specializes in cardiopulmonary treatment for patients who are ventilator and tracheostomy dependent, and those with various respiratory diseases and conditions.

Shift Available: All Shifts
Base Pay: $34.00/hour plus experience pay
*Shift Differential for evenings and nights*
Job Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with a variety of pulmonary diseases

Tracheostomy care and ventilator management
-
Oxygen therapy and monitoring

Rehabilitation and ventilator weaning

Nocturnal support with CPAP/BiPAP
-
Daily documentation

Education:

Actively licensed by the State of Iowa as an RCP

Graduate of a CoARC approved respiratory therapy program
