Job Summary
We are seeking an Auditor de Contratos for a contract/temporary opportunity in Guaynabo, PR within the healthcare services industry. This administrative and clerical role supports contracting operations, provider-related processes, reporting, workflow coordination, and special initiatives tied to departmental goals.
The Auditor de Contratos will work in a detail-focused, collaborative environment where accuracy, follow-up, and strong communication are essential. This is a strong opportunity for a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys administrative coordination, operational reporting, provider support, and helping teams meet critical deadlines. The role offers exposure to healthcare contracting processes, cross-functional collaboration, and day-to-day interaction with internal teams and external providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reports and operational metrics for special contracting initiatives, strategies, and departmental projects.
- Assist with monitoring workflow, daily task execution, and assigned employee activities, including analysis of departmental performance metrics.
- Resolve, track, and follow up on special requests related to the contracting process and maintenance of participating providers in the system.
- Serve as a departmental point of contact for providers and support communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate, prepare, and support execution of special contracting initiatives, corporate projects, and department strategies.
- Assist with work distribution, information gathering, administrative troubleshooting, and other department needs assigned by management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
