Education & Experience
- High school graduate
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience working in a in customer service industry
- Must write, read and speak English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills

- Able to stand for long period of times
- Able to bend and reach constantly
- Able to lift approximately 30 pounds
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
