Cool Beans Heating & Air is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who understands that great customer service is about more than answering the phone—it's about creating opportunities, building relationships, and helping keep our technicians' schedules full.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by turning conversations into booked appointments. While you'll handle inbound customer calls, you'll also spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls to past and potential customers, following up on recommendations, and helping homeowners schedule the services they need.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal is to create exceptional customer experiences while maximizing booking opportunities for our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to past and potential customers, maintenance members, and unsold estimates
- Follow up on repair recommendations and replacement opportunities
- Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
- Help customers understand maintenance memberships and current promotions
- Work closely with dispatch to keep technicians' schedules productive
- Accurately document customer interactions and appointments in ServiceTitan
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking with customers and takes pride in creating opportunities through every conversation.
Qualifications include:
- Two or more years of customer service experience (home services preferred)
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and adapt as priorities change throughout the day
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to support the team wherever needed
