We are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Painting Crew Foreman. We are seeking to hire someone who has experience in residential exterior (wood siding, hardie, aluminum, vinyl, stain), or residential interior painting. This a W-2 Position. Requirements:
- Must have great workmanship and eye for detail
- Must be dependable
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must communicate well and be able to work with others
- Must be able to perform to meet project budget targets
- Must have valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to/from work
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week
- This position is for a Crew Foreman, so a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience either as a crew foreman or running own company.
About the Position:
- We pay fairly based on skill level and experience, and there are opportunities for fast growth based on performance. Up to $28/hour for crew foreman position.
