In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a residential home, mentor and develop your team, and help create a safe, person-centered environment where people we support can thrive.
Location: Hudson, NY
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 10am – 6pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday: 10am – 6pm
- Sunday: 8am – 4pm
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Weekend Differential: +$2.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Assistant Residential Manager and Direct Support Professionals to promote teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of people we support.
- Support people we support in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and participating in their communities.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, documentation requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor program budgets, site maintenance, vehicle records, and required operational reports.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, families, clinical team members, and community partners to ensure quality services.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for people we support and employees.
