· Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and office positions, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
· Serve as a primary HR resource for employees by answering questions regarding company policies, benefits, leave, and employment practices.
· Assist in translating HR documents and communicate policies, procedures, and training materials in both English and Spanish.
· Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely.
· Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records while ensuring confidentiality.
· Assist with benefits enrollment, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave administration.
· Support payroll by processing employee status changes and ensuring accurate timekeeping information.
· Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns, documenting issues, and partnering with management on resolutions.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and training initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
· Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance records, and support audits as needed.
· Provide part-time administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed.
· Assist with accounts payable by processing invoices and maintaining vendor files.
· Prepare and organize documentation for accounts receivable and billing.
· Reconcile receipts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
· Assist with payroll documentation and employee payroll changes.
· Enter financial and accounting data into company systems with accuracy.
· Support month-end reporting and other accounting projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with daily runs to the bank and post office
- Perform other HR and accounting/administrative duties as assigned.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors by greeting guests, welcoming them to the facility, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent HR experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting hourly manufacturing employees.
- Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
