We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as part-time caregivers. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful difference by supporting seniors and adults with disabilities in the place they feel safest: home.
We proudly serve clients across the beautiful Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. That means opportunities are available right in your community.

Your Role.
As a Right at Home caregiver, you’ll help seniors live safely and comfortably at home by providing:
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Help with mobility and transportation
Safety supervision and peace of mind
You’ll also:
What It Takes
Pass a background check
Reliable transportation and a valid ID
Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
Must be 18 or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
