Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (Night Shift)
Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Schedule: 36 or 48 Hours Available
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient care using the Meditech electronic medical record system.
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Float to similar units as needed based on patient care and staffing requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Meditech experience required
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Successful completion of a Telemetry competency test on the first day of orientation
Pay for 36 hours (Local):
- Hourly Amount = $66
- Weekly Amount = $2,376
- Overtime Rate = $99/hr
Pay for 36 hours (Traveler):
- Weekly Amount = $2,838
- Weekly Taxable Amount = $990
- Weekly Non-Taxable Amount = $1,848
- Overtime Rate = $92.58/hr
