Your primary focus will be to recruit real estate agents to join our team.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Recruit real estate agents to join talk Realty
- Build relationships with agents across Hawai‘i
- Conduct recruiting calls and meetings
- Attend networking events and industry functions
- Track recruiting pipelines and follow-up
- Learn how high-level recruiting and brokerage growth actually works
- Work closely with leadership on strategy and growth
- Help improve recruiting systems and processes
- Become deeply connected within the real estate industry
This role is heavily relationship-driven. You will spend a lot of time talking with people, following up, building trust, and creating opportunities.
