Home Health RN – Full-Time | $100K+ | No OASIS | Commercial Payors Only
We’re hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our home health team. This role requires a minimum of one year of home health experience—applicants without it will not be considered.
Position Overview:
- Full-time home health RN
- Salary starting at $100,000/year
- Commercial insurance only (no Medicare/Medicaid)
- No OASIS documentation
- Includes in-home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits
- Direct patient care, care coordination, and provider communication
- Backed by a strong intake and scheduling team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1+ year of home health experience (required)
- Proficient in IV and infusion therapy techniques
- Accurate and timely documentation skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
