We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals, CNAs, and PCAs to provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact by helping individuals build independence, confidence, and life skills both in the home and within the community.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication administration (training available)
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and household organization
Support social and community engagement
Schedule and assist with appointments and activities
Complete required documentation and outcome notes
Qualifications:
Medication Aide or 32-Hour Medication Certification (preferred, but we will train the right candidate)
CPR & First Aid Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
Available Shift:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work 7 consecutive days, then 7 days off
77 hours biweekly (includes 4 hours overtime)
Homes located in Chesterfield, VA (23112 area code)
