What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, dock doors, warehouse spaces, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and traffic flow for employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, verifying entry activity and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.

Support day-to-day operations by observing facility activity, assisting with directions and general information, and completing assigned reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
