Casa Agave Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. We are an owner-managed company that believes our people make the difference. We are looking for someone who is driven, professional, organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our residents and future residents.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Follow up on leads and applications
- Maintain strong closing and sales techniques
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents
- Assist with renewals and resident retention
- Help maintain the appearance and presentation of the leasing office and model units
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Work closely with the onsite team to help achieve occupancy goals
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus
