Senior Project Scheduler
Industry: Mission Critical / Large-Scale Construction
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules that support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Establish project baselines, critical path analyses, and milestone tracking.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and project controls teams.
- Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and executive-level updates.
- Support project planning activities from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
- Analyze schedule impacts and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure schedule compliance with project requirements and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of scheduling experience on large construction or infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies.
- Experience with project controls, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
