Compensation
Base Salary: USD $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Commission: 3–5% on Wholesale Sales (Uncapped)
Potential Earning: USD $130,000–$160,000+
The more accounts you build, the more you earn. There is no cap on commissions.

Zuperia manufactures and supplies premium towels, bath sheets, hand towels, washcloths, bath sets, and home textile products through direct sourcing from Pakistan. Having achieved strong online growth through Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our own eCommerce platforms, we are now aggressively expanding into the U.S. wholesale and retail market.
We're looking for an experienced National Sales Representative who already has the industry relationships to help establish Zuperia as a leading wholesale textile brand across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a nationwide portfolio of wholesale customers.
- Develop relationships with independent home goods retailers, gift stores, hospitality buyers, distributors, and regional retail chains.
- Introduce Zuperia's product portfolio to retail buyers and negotiate wholesale agreements.
- Open 150–300 new wholesale accounts during your first year.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and buyer meetings to repeat orders.
- Represent Zuperia at industry trade shows, buyer meetings, and networking events.
- Work closely with our product and sourcing teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide valuable market intelligence on pricing, competition, packaging, and new product opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of wholesale sales experience in:
Home Textiles
Bath Products
Bedding
Hospitality Textiles
Soft Goods
Home Furnishings
- Existing relationships with retail buyers, distributors, hospitality buyers, and independent retailers.
- Proven success opening new wholesale accounts.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable representing a growing brand rather than relying on an established household name.
- Willing to travel throughout the United States.
