U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. We are unable to sponsor visas or work with temporary visa holders.
This role requires eligibility to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License- no felonies involving dishonesty or breach of trust. If you do not have a Life & Health Insurance License yet- no worries- we can help you get that done, plus you'll have mentorship every step of the way.

What We Provide
We support you in building a legitimate, scalable life insurance practice, including:
- Full state licensing education
- Training on financial planning including life insurance, annuities, head start plans, and long-term care planning
- Mentorship, coaching, and business development support
- Field training alongside experienced leaders
- Appointments with top national carriers
- Competitive, front-loaded compensation structures
Compensation & Growth
- Begin as a Training Associate (35% commission)
- Advance based on production and leadership, not tenure
- Earn up to 110% commission
- Our carriers pay commissions up front, with ongoing renewals

You control your pace — start part-time and scale intentionally.
How Compensation Works (Example):
If a client invests $500 per month ($6,000 annually):
- Training Associate (35%) earns $2,100 upfront
- Associate level earns $2,700 upfront
At the Associate level, helping just 3 clients per month would equal:
- $8,100 per month
- $97,200 per year
This is a simple example for illustration. Actual earnings vary based on client needs and the types of policies placed (retirement plans, IULs, Head Start plans, etc.).
