Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Pricing Project Manager to lead strategic pricing transformation initiatives involving pricing systems, business process improvements, ERP integration, data governance, and organizational change management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing enterprise pricing transformation or pricing system implementation projects, preferably with Pricefx and SAP S/4HANA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise pricing initiatives from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop integrated project plans and milestone schedules.
- Lead governance activities, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and business process workshops.
- Lead pricing system implementation and ERP integration initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT, cutover, go-live, release management, and hypercare.
- Manage vendors, system integrators, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate pricing, customer, product, contract, rebate, and master data activities.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
- Develop business readiness, training, communication, and adoption plans.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Pricing Project Management experience.
- Proven experience leading Pricing Transformation or Pricing System Implementation projects.
- Experience delivering at least one enterprise pricing platform implementation from initiation through go-live.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and change control experience.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience leading UAT, deployment, release management, and hypercare.
- Experience working with ERP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Planview.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pricefx implementation experience – strongly preferred.
- Vendavo, PROS, Zilliant, or similar pricing platform experience.
- SAP SD Pricing / Order-to-Cash (OTC) knowledge.
- SAP-to-Pricefx integration experience.
- Pricing strategy and pricing governance experience.
- Commercial Excellence or Revenue Management experience.
- Experience with rebates, contracts, registrations, and pricing processes.
- Power BI and data analytics experience.
- KPI and executive dashboard development.
- Enterprise business transformation and change management experience.
