Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established fee-for-service practice. We value the relationships our hygienists build with patients and believe in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule
- Monday 8AM-5PM (Wilmette Office)
- Tuesday 7:30AM-5:00PM (Glenview office)
Clinical Philosophy & Appointment Structure
We prioritize quality care and provide ample time for patient education, assessment, and treatment:
- 60-minute recall appointments
- 90-minute new patient appointments, including: Comprehensive exam and full-mouth radiographs (FMX) with the doctor first
- annual periodontal charting
- DBW every year and FMX/PANO every three years
- FL varnish is offered to every patient
Compensation
We offer a guaranteed minimum hourly rate plus 27% of gross hygiene production. Our hygiene fees are among the highest in the area, ranking within the top 5% of ADA fee survey benchmarks, providing strong earning potential for the right candidate.
We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care, values long-term patient relationships, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, team-oriented practice.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
