Join our dynamic team as an Assisted Living Administrator, where you will lead the operational and clinical functions of a vibrant senior living community. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring smooth and efficient management of staff, residents, and resources
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs, including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory support
- Supervise caregiving staff and management team to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain operational excellence
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration, nursing services, and health assessments
- Foster a warm, engaging environment by promoting social activities and community involvement aligned with residents’ interests
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, medication management policies, and regulatory requirements for long-term care facilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care and long-term care operations
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams within home & community care or group home settings
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia support strategies, and memory care best practices
- Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management within healthcare settings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Valid licensure or certification in nursing or social work preferred; relevant management certifications are a plus

Pay: $57,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
