We are currently looking for a NP that can offer coverage at our Fort Madison, IA location.
Below are a few requirements for the position:
- Full Time availability
- Shift schedule rotates weekly; 36 hours 1 week; 40 hours the next week; working every other weekend
- Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Sunday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must have DEA, CSA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Active Iowa license
- Mandatory Reporter training for both Child and Adult
- Needs experience in primary care and urgent care or ER setting
- DOT physical certification strongly preferred
- Will need background check and drug screen at hire
- Strongly prefer someone local
