Overview
Due to growth and expansion, Kluesner Sanitation is seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our residential and commercial customers. This role is responsible for handling service requests, scheduling pickups and deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Schedule dumpster deliveries, exchanges, and extra pickups
- Enter and update customer information in company software
- Coordinate daily routes with dispatch and drivers
- Resolve service concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
