Join our dynamic trucking company as a Shop Administrator, where you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless management of parts and inventory. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate with multiple departments, optimize supply chain processes and support our fleet maintenance. Your proactive approach will help keep our trucks on the road and our operations running smoothly!
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
-Deal with multiple vendors and sales personnel and assist in pricing parts
-Keep records of all DOT/ Shop related paperwork
-Assist shop supervisor and drivers as needed
-Create and provide ROs for parts and repairs
-Manage shop inventory and daily quantities
-Keep tract/ count of the parts that mechanics use
-TMT experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
