New East West Academy is seeking an energetic and skilled Public Speaking Teacher to work with students in Grades 2–10. This part-time role is ideal for educators who enjoy helping students build confidence, strong delivery skills, and competitive speaking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Teach public speaking fundamentals and advanced techniques
- Coach students in various speech formats and structured presentations
- Lead engaging small-group classes (6–15 students)
- Prepare students for confident performance and competitive success
- Use academy curriculum and/or your own lesson plans
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of teaching or coaching experience
- Passion for working with school-age students
- Strong classroom organization and positive leadership
- Public speaking competition experience is a plus
