About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems throughout the facility. Your expertise will be utilized to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform energy management tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our facility.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems
Conduct energy management tasks, including monitoring energy usage and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
