Minimum Qualifications
- Active Hawaii CNA Certification
- Currently residing in Hawaii
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
- Current TB clearance
- Valid CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
- Up-to-date immunization records, including COVID-19 (as required by facility)
