Duties
- Lead and supervise all weekend operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety are maintained throughout the venue.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage for busy nights and events.
- Manage guest services by resolving issues promptly, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from entry to exit.
- Coordinate with event organizers to facilitate smooth execution of nightclub events, live performances, and private functions.
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports at the end of each shift.
- Supervise staff performance through coaching, training, and conducting regular team briefings to promote teamwork and efficiency.
- Write detailed reports on nightly operations, incident logs, and event summaries to inform management decisions and improve future performance.
Experience
- Proven management experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Prior experience in events management or overseeing large-scale entertainment functions is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer service within hospitality or resort environments, emphasizing guest satisfaction.
- Supervising experience with a focus on shift management, staff supervision, and team development.
- Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations including cash handling procedures and report writing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential; previous assistant manager roles are advantageous.
- Knowledge of nightclub operations, guest services protocols, and event coordination best practices.
