Position Summary: The Director of IT PMO / Chief of Staff is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CIO. This individual will drive execution excellence across the IT portfolio, and lead firm-wide planning and governance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IT PMO to ensure consistent project governance, delivery excellence, and alignment with strategic priorities.

Own the IT Project Roadmap, maintaining a 12–18 month forward-looking view of initiatives, dependencies, and resource planning.

Manage the IT portfolio, facilitating prioritization and trade-off decisions in collaboration with IT and WLG departments.

Drive cross-functional coordination to reduce “fire drills” and improve proactive planning, communication, and execution.

Serve as a liaison between IT leadership and other departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared accountability.

Lead Agile transformation across the firm, embedding agile principles and practices into IT delivery and culture.

Oversee IT budgeting and financial planning, including contract management, vendor oversight, and renewal readiness.

Partner with Procurement in RFP processes for new technologies, ensuring alignment with firm needs, technical standards, and budget constraints.

Establish and track IT performance metrics, providing visibility into delivery timelines.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the IT organization.
Physical Requirements:

Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
- Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.

Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.

Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.

Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
