RCS Industrial & Environmental is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated route position. This role offers consistent work and the benefit of being home every day.

Position Overview
The Class A CDL Driver will operate tractor-trailer equipment on a dedicated route between a solidification facility and a designated landfill site. This position involves both driving and operational responsibilities at the landfill location.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up loads at the solidification facility
- Safely transport loads to the designated landfill
- Weigh in and out at the landfill scale
- Pull trailer onto the landfill tipper
- Detach trailer and lower landing gear properly
- Operate the tipper to safely dump the load
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety policies
- Work safely in various weather and outdoor conditions
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (required)
- Must be able to safely operate Manual transmission truck.
- Must have 3 years of CDL driving experience.
- Must have Tanker endorsement.
- Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate landfill tipper equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to trailer detachment and equipment operation
