Social Media Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to manage our social media platforms while providing exceptional in-person sales and customer service.
Responsibilities include creating engaging photo and video content, growing our online presence, and managing social media activity.
The ideal candidate will also create behind-the-scenes content showcasing our owner, his entrepreneurial journey, daily business operations, and the growth of RTS Management through authentic storytelling and short-form video.
This role includes filming with the owner both in and outside the store, documenting daily operations and special projects. Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic filming schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required.
Must be ok with working in a smoking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create content for our social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest.
- Visit different locations for content filming/production.
- Respond to customer's via social media comments to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Monitor website and social media traffic to develop strategic social media campaigns
- Carry out sales duties in the store
- Educate customers on out history and products
