Position Responsibilities:

Manage Shared Services Generalists team and resources across multiple managed service providers

Allocate resources across multiple teams, projects, and departments based on demand, capacity, and skill requirements

Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and department heads to forecast resource needs

Drive efficient use of shared resources across a matrix structure

Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
