AMP Roofing is looking for roofing subcontractors who run their own crew.
This is not a helper position and it is not an individual role. You must have your own crew. If you're an individual roofer looking for hourly work, this isn't the right fit.
We're a family-owned, GAF Certified roofing company doing insurance-based roof replacements across Rhode Island and Connecticut. We have steady, year-round volume and we're looking for crews we can keep busy.
What we require
- Your own crew — this is not negotiable
- Licensed and insured, with current certificates of insurance
- Proven roofing experience (siding is a plus, not required)
- Own tools, transportation, and the ability to get to job sites in RI and CT
- Crews that show up when they say they will and leave a clean site
What we offer

Compensation
Per-job pricing, discussed directly. We're not going to post a number here because it depends on your crew size, scope, and availability — call and we'll talk about it honestly.
