General Responsibility and Function:
Responsible for the operation of the plant equipment, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.

Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.

Monitor, control, and record process functions.

Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.

Perform quality control procedures, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures and report issues to supervisor.

Collect product samples for lab testing.

Comply will all safety and health regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to wear safety equipment, including safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and similar equipment.

Comfortable in a variety of weather conditions, including rain/snow and heat/cold.

Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with noise/vibration, fumes or moving mechanical parts.

This role involves standing/walking for up to 100% of the day and climbing/crouching/crawling/stooping/reaching with hands and arms up to 25% of the workday.
