Job Duties
· Set up signs, cones, and traffic control devices.
· Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles.
· Communicate via two-way radio with team members.
· Transport and maintain traffic control equipment using company vehicles.
· Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
· Work outdoors in varying weather and traffic conditions.
· Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License. Clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be required.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk up to 4 to 8 hours at a time.
· Willingness to work nights and weekends.
· Excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and strong work ethic.
· Complete Basic Flagger and Driver training.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
