I've been a State Farm agent for 16 years and currently lead a team of eight across two offices. With more than 27 years of experience at State Farm, I've built my career around developing great teams and helping customers protect what matters most. I studied Economics at St. Cloud State University and have served on several local nonprofit boards throughout my career.
Building relationships both inside and outside the office is important to me. We enjoy giving back to our community, and I believe creating a positive, supportive environment is just as important as delivering excellent service to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mick Quinn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
