We're hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Includes one weekend shift every other month.

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate has experience with general property maintenance and can confidently perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, cooling, and building equipment.

Complete daily equipment checks to help ensure proper and safe operation.

Test emergency equipment and maintain accurate inspection and testing logs.

Identify and report needed equipment, materials, and supplies.

Keep mechanical rooms and maintenance work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Provide courteous, professional service while supporting a positive community environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

5+ years of property maintenance experience required; experience in multifamily housing, senior living, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred.

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, and cooling systems.

Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and respond professionally to maintenance needs.
