We're Hiring: Professional Motor Coach Operators!

Position: Motor Coach Operator
Duties
- Safely operate a motor coach on scheduled routes, charter trips, and special events.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class B or A with Passenger (P) endorsement (Air Brake endorsement required).
- Clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous motor coach or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
Experience
- Proven experience driving motor coaches or shuttle vehicles in a commercial or transit setting
- Moderate mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems such as air brakes, engine components, and safety features
- Knowledge of transportation safety regulations including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and state transportation laws
- Demonstrated defensive driving skills with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in English for passenger assistance and driver-to-dispatch interactions
- Experience with vehicle inspections, passenger safety protocols, and handling passenger special needs assistance
- Familiarity with city street navigation, traffic laws, and driving in adverse weather conditions is highly desirable
