您将对现场技术服务全权负责，不仅处理高精密工业级设备（工业级3D砂型打印机优先）的现场安装、调试、维护与高难度故障排查，还将承担技术沟通、客户日常培训及跨国技术会议对接等关键任务。这是一个高度需要责任心、卓越沟通能力以及适应高频跨区域出差的高价值复合型岗位。
We are seeking a highly skilled, resilient, and bilingual (English/Mandarin) Field Service Engineer with a strong background in electrical/mechanical engineering and precision machinery operation. In this role, you will act as the vital technical bridge between our domestic engineering headquarters in China and our expanding client base in the US. You will take full ownership of on-site technical services, including installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of high-end industrial equipment (with a strong preference for industrial 3D sand printing systems). This position requires a professional with a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to travel extensively across client sites and internationally to China.
核心职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 现场技术服务与项目负责制 / On-site Service & Project Ownership:
- 负责美国本土客户现场的工业级高精密设备（如工业3D砂型打印机）的安装、基础工程建设对接、调试、校准与验机。对现场服务质量与结果全权负责，具备“负责到底”的闭环意识。
- Lead the on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, and acceptance testing of industrial precision machinery (e.g., 3D sand printers) at customer facilities. Take complete ownership of site service quality and outcomes, driving issues to full resolution.
- 全方位故障排查与技术支持 / Advanced Troubleshooting & Support:
- 对设备运行中出现的各类复杂电气、机械、气动/液压及软件故障进行快速诊断。在设备停机等高压情境下，能够通过专业、情绪稳定的沟通安抚客户，并高效完成排查与维修。
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and software malfunctions on-site or through remote support. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-pressure downtime events to reassure clients while restoring operations efficiently.
- 跨国团队协同与国内对接 / Cross-Border Collaboration & HQ Alignment:
- 跨越时差与语言障碍，定期与国内（中国）研发和技术团队召开对接会议，参与技术研讨与产品升级培训。将国内最新的底层技术标准完美落地美国，同时精准向国内反馈本地技术细节。
- Bridge time zones and cultural nuances to collaborate regularly with the engineering R&D team in China. Travel to China periodically for technical alignment meetings, product training, and design-feedback updates to seamlessly transfer technical protocols to the US market.
- 客户技术培训与售后关系维护 / Customer Technical Training & Relations:
- 为客户方的工程师及操作员提供定制化的设备操作、安全规范、工艺流程及日常保养培训；提供优质的售后技术增值服务，提升客户对设备品牌的长期信任度。
- Conduct comprehensive operational, maintenance, and safety training for clients' technical staff. Deliver proactive after-sales service and clear technical guidance to cultivate long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
任职要求 / Job Qualifications
- 专业背景与教育经历 / Education & Technical Foundation:
- 机电一体化、机械工程、电气工程、自动化或相关技术领域的学士学位（或同等具备丰富现场实际经验者）。
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
- 行业经验 / Professional Experience:
- 3年以上精密制造、大型数控机床（CNC）或半导体设备日常操作、维护及售后服务经验。有工业级3D打印设备（特别是Binder Jetting/粘结剂喷射砂型3D打印）直接操作或维修经历者优先考虑。
- 3+ years of experience in operating, maintaining, or servicing high-precision manufacturing systems, heavy CNC machinery, or semiconductor equipment. DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTING (especially Binder Jetting/Sand 3D printing technologies) is highly preferred.
