Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) Manager/Server to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Lead front-of-house operations, including supervising servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a memorable dining experience.
- Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures across all FOH activities.
- Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems such as TOAST for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels for beverages, supplies, and other essentials; assist with ordering and stock management.
- Train new team members on service protocols, food presentation standards, and operational procedures to foster a skilled team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting.
- Strong background in restaurant management, including supervising staff, training & development, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with POS systems like TOAST for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in casual dining or fine dining environments.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling practices, and inventory control methods.
- Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and overseeing shift management to optimize restaurant performance.
- Ability to lead with enthusiasm in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
