Position Responsibilities:
-
Medical Chart Filing and answering multi-line telephones.
-
Welcoming and screening visitors.
-
Typing letters, memos and reports.
-
Administrative support for nursing department.

Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality to protect our client’s rights. This includes professional interaction with clients, families and staff.

Demonstrates a proficient understanding and compliance with HIPAA.

Managing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years previous experience required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to be tactful, respectful and sincere with the public.

Strong computer skills with MS Office products including tables in Word, Excel Spreadsheet and all areas of Outlook.

Medical facility or Unit Clerk experience required.

Electronic Medical Records Experience required

Advanced customer service/support skills required.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 27.5 hours, 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM
