About the Role
As a Senior Metal Fabricator, you will play a vital role in the production of complex metal assemblies by executing high-precision welding and structural fitting. Your expertise in interpreting engineering schematics and mastering advanced thermal processes will directly impact the structural integrity and quality of our large-scale components.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings to accurately fit and weld metal components.

Execute high-quality welds on interior and exterior seams, ensuring compliance with ASME standards.

Operate and monitor automated welding systems to maintain consistency across large-scale assemblies.

Perform precision grinding, deburring, and surface preparation to meet strict engineering specifications.

Conduct manual fabrication and layout of cylinders, plates, and cones, ensuring exact angular and length measurements.

Utilize overhead lifting equipment safely to maneuver heavy components throughout the production floor.

Manage the final preparation of products by cleaning, tagging, and securing components for shipping.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of professional fabrication experience.

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications.

Demonstrated expertise in SMAW and GTAW welding processes for both carbon and stainless steel.

Proven ability to perform layout work on large-scale components.

Advanced proficiency in thermal cutting processes, including plasma and oxy-acetylene.

Experience with robotic welding systems and MIG/TIG equipment.

Prior experience with carbon arc gouging and specialized grinding techniques.

Familiarity with shipping and logistics documentation for industrial products.
