Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze business needs and support the planning, design, implementation, and enhancement of business systems.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.

Coordinate and perform testing for new systems and system upgrades.

Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

Analyze issues, present recommendations, and support multiple projects.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.

2+ years of experience with test planning and test case/script development.

Experience supporting system changes, implementations, or large projects.

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred: Knowledge of income/business tax systems and project management experience.
