Responsibilities
- Install bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, and countertops with accuracy and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure proper installation procedures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Perform plumbing connections and adjustments to ensure leak-free operation and compliance with building codes
- Conduct construction inspections to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades such as electrical or drywall teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Apply caulking, sealing, plastering, and finishing techniques to achieve a polished look in all bathroom installations
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintains a clean, organized work site at all timesExperience
- Proven experience in bathroom installation or related construction trades with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to plumbing and fixture installation
- Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating costs, scheduling tasks, and overseeing project timelines
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures
- Skills in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation as needed for complex installations
- Background in related trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), or roofing is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Install drywall, texture and paint as required.
- Ability to install flooring (tile and LVP) is a plus.
