SA Post Pros LLC, a leading real estate sign installation company, is seeking Installers to manage installations in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role combines outdoor work, tool use, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Transport and install real estate signage in company vehicle.
- Operate power tools and hand tools for installations.
- Understand and comply with utility markings for safe installation.
- Maintain, restore, and secure signs and posts during and after installation.
- Utilize mobile applications (CRM) to manage and track work orders.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Install and manage combination lockboxes on real estate properties.
- Set up and manage open house signs .
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Able to life up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable working with tools and mobile applications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.
