We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and building relationships. If you’re organized, enjoy learning new things, and want to be part of a team that makes a difference, we’d love to meet you. Insurance experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in-office visits
- Answer questions, process policy changes, and process payments
- Schedule appointments and assist with customer policy reviews.
- Support marketing, social media, and community events.
- Keep the office running smoothly with reports and administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (insurance a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one after hire. We’ll provide the training and support.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
