Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fine clothing options.
- Provide expert product knowledge to assist with any questions customers may have.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory.
- Assist with inventory management through stocking, stock rotation, and inventory counts
- Communicate effectively via phone or in person to answer questions, schedule outdoor work services, or provide product recommendations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of mens or women’s fashion.
- Experience with fishing, hunting, and all outdoors activities will be helpful.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and retail math for smooth transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Organizational skills for merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
