Job Summary
T and A High End Solutions is seeking a licensed and highly motivated Public Adjuster & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help homeowners and commercial property owners navigate insurance claims related to storm, hail, wind, water, and other property damage while also generating new business opportunities for our roofing and carpentry services. As a trusted advocate for policyholders, you will inspect damages, assist with claims, negotiate settlements, and educate clients on their rights throughout the insurance process. This position is ideal for a driven professional who combines insurance expertise, sales ability, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections to identify roofing, siding, and structural damage.
- Assist property owners in filing and managing insurance claims for covered losses.
- Prepare and review claim documentation, estimates, and supporting evidence.
- Negotiate with insurance company representatives to secure fair claim settlements on behalf of clients.
- Educate homeowners and business owners about the claims process and available restoration solutions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, community outreach, and lead follow-up.
- Present roofing, carpentry, and restoration solutions to clients and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, claims, customer communications, and project documentation.
- Stay current with insurance regulations, industry trends, and local building codes.
Requirements
- Active Public Adjuster License in the state(s) where services are performed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of property insurance policies, claims procedures, and damage assessment.
- Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or related industries preferred.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret insurance estimates, scopes of work, and construction documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and claims simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems.
- Existing network of referral partners or industry contacts.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Pay: $80,368.63 - $96,788.02 per year
